Cancellation

& care policies

Practice draft for the preview site. Exact notice windows, deposit amounts, and fees are confirmed when your appointment is booked — and will be finalized with the practice before launch.

Consultations

Skin consultations are complimentary and by appointment. A consult is a conversation and evaluation — it does not obligate you to book treatment the same day.

Scheduling

Treatments are by appointment. Requests submitted online or by DM are confirmed when the practice replies with an available time. Until confirmation, a request is not a held appointment.

Cancellation & rescheduling

Please cancel or reschedule as early as possible — ideally at least 24–48 hours before your visit — so we can offer the time to another client. Exact notice windows are confirmed when your appointment is booked.

Late cancellation / no-show

Late cancellations and no-shows may forfeit deposits or incur a fee as disclosed at booking. We understand emergencies happen — contact the studio as soon as you can and we will work with you in good faith.

Deposits

Some treatments or longer appointments may require a deposit to hold the time. Deposit amounts, due dates, and refund rules are stated when your appointment is confirmed — not guessed from this page.

Injectables

Botox, dermal fillers, and other medical aesthetic treatments are administered only by a licensed, qualified provider after an individualized evaluation. Suitability is never guaranteed by booking a time online.

Packages & products

Package inclusions and product availability are confirmed in consult. Injectables are never included in packages. Product information on this site is educational and not medical advice.

Results

Individual results vary. No specific outcome, timeline, or result is guaranteed. Your provider will discuss realistic expectations during consultation.
